CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To maintain a calm, intentional schedule and provide focused care to every client, advance notice is kindly requested for any appointment changes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, as this allows me to continue offering unhurried, personalized care to each client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
